Features of the think tank

1 Collective thought:

Increasing the volume of information, expansion of relationships and increasing factors affecting decision-making and strategy have established the necessity of collective thinking and co-thinking. The think tank is a co-idea model that has emerged in light of this necessity. The activity of think tanks allowed the process of co-thinking to grow and expand and demonstrate its ability to solve big problems.

2 Producing of thought and transfer to the audience:

One of the tasks of think tank is to produce and create ideas suitable for solving problems, as well as to formulate and document them, because if the ideas and votes are not collected, summed up and are not presented in a useful and attractive way for the audience, the think tank has not achieved its goals.

Therefore, in addition to understanding and solving problems, thinktank spends a major effort on delivering their messages to the audience in order to achieve the best results.

3 Focus efforts on issues of the day

The spirit governing the activities of think tanks and what is at the heart of all activities that take place in the think tanks should be focused on decision-making and strategy on the current problems of society. Problems which, if not addressed, will leave problems for the future of the complex.

4 Not involved in executive issues and official policy formalities:

Think tanks are policy maker, not politicians, which means that, think tanks are more suggestive entities and do not engage in formal, legal issues of policymaking. In addition, think tanks in interaction with executive agencies are merely decision-makers and should not be involved in executive issues or expert justification of the day-to-day decisions of the administrative department. In the think tank there are various ways to develop creativity, the most famous of which is brainstorming, which is a conference technique. In this method, according to the subject and problem or purpose, a group of experts are selected as members and away from the obstacles of creative thinking, such as hasty judgment, etc. They make decisions.

The quantity is very important, and more suggestions are welcomed, as it increases the likelihood of reaching a better solution.

In this method, a group of 5 to 15 people with the presence of a team leader, to manage the meeting and a secretary to record the suggestions are organizing a meeting.
